1. Services
My Sunshine Nanny Network provides on-site childcare services for events, including but not limited to weddings, private parties, corporate events, and social gatherings. Services may include supervision, structured activities, and general care for children.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our website, email, or approved booking channels.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your event is required to secure your event date.

• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• • Final payment is due no later than 48 hours before the event date. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Additional Fees
Pricing is based on the number of children, hours of service, and staffing requirements.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Overtime hours

• Travel beyond

• Special requests or premium activities

• Holiday or late-night events All fees will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made at least one week prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

• In the unlikely event that we must cancel, a full refund will be issued.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the number, ages, and needs of children.

• Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns in advance.

• Provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for childcare services.

• Remain on-site or provide an emergency contact available during the event.

7. Health and Safety Policy

• We reserve the right to refuse care for any child who is ill or shows symptoms of contagious conditions.

• While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, minor accidents may occur during normal play activities.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing any necessary medications and instructions.

8. Staffing and Supervision

• We maintain appropriate caregiver-to-child ratios based on industry standards and age groups.

• All staff are screened and trained; however, ultimate responsibility for the child remains with the parent or guardian.

9. Behavior Policy
We strive to maintain a safe and positive environment. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse care for children displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior

• Contact parents/guardians if intervention is required No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Sunshine Nanny Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company and its staff, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia without regard to conflict of law principles.
